* Highly efficient in analyzing curative for transfer of ownership of all types of interest for different states including; Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Louisiana, North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming and Arkansas

* Work with Joint Interest Billing personnel to resolve issues with billing or invoice decimals

* Resolved escheat issues with owners and states

* Work closely with mapping personnel to review and resolve issues

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Work well under pressure meeting deadlines consistently

* Ability to research information with good analytical and problem solving skills

* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
