Responsible for conducting informational briefings, Video Teleconferences and monitoring redeployment actions for all units within the South West Asia (SWA) footprint. Synchronize Army Reset Management Tool (ARMT) training for redeploying units; providing Unit assistance with ARMT on TACOM-unique issues; Automatic Reset Induction (ARI) processing. Coordinates with the movement control team, the 402nd AFSB, and the Central Shipping and Receiving Point (CRSP) to streamline movement of equipment out of theater; ensuring any assets that are frustrated within the 402nd AOR have the proper documentation and are moved in a timely manner. Provide reach-back resource for obtaining information from TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) item managers for issue/discrepancy resolution. Coordinate with units, detachments and the Army Field Support Brigades (AFSB) in tracking when units will be returning, monitor transportation and arrival of ARI equipment. Attend weekly meetings dealing with Reset, ARI, and Retrograde of equipment from South West Asia (SWA) on a weekly basis. Coordinate with TACOM Logistic Assistant Representatives (LARs) who validates inspections and the condition code of equipment. Acts as TACOM's face to SWA AFSBs for obtaining disposition instructions and providing Reset process information; BII/COEI. Track equipment through the 402nd AFSB, 401st AFSB, Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), and multiple automated tracking tools which includes the Radio Frequency In-Transit Visibility (RF-ITV), Integrated Development Environment/Global Transportation Network (IGC), Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS). Maintenance Manager 2005 - 2006

Served as Support Operations (SPO) Maintenance Technician for the 64th Corps Support Group Rear Detachment. Provided technical and managerial guidance to 23 companies which included two direct support maintenance companies. Analyzed maintenance and logistical trends weekly to provide maintenance guidance to subordinated units, Support Operations Officer, Deputy Commander and Group Commander. Provided broad instruction, priorities, policies, and time limits. Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting through the Standard Army Maintenance System-2E (SAMS-2E). Played key role in the unit`s fielding of the new Standard Army Maintenance System - Enhanced (SAMS-E) by coordinated the conversion of 18 ULLS-G and five SAMS-1 STAMIS systems to the new SAMS-E; involving over 60 soldiers. Assembled collated, assessed and developed metrics for significant SAMS-E fielding information and reported findings to the Combat Development Staff Officer.
