For the past thirteen (13) years have managed the renovation and reconstruction of Hospitality projects with budgets ranging from $100K to $20M throughout the US, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Jamaica.

Previously managed the design and construction of Hospital projects for twenty nine (29) years with budgets ranging from $100K to $280M throughout the US, Europe, Central and South America. Oversaw projects that focused on specific criteria in Florida for impact resistant design and in California for seismic safety.

Omni Hotels & Resorts, Irving, TX 2007 to 2012

A four diamond hotel, resort & spa company ranking highest among upscale hotel chains by J.D. Power and associates.

Vice President, Director of Project Management (2007 - December 2012) Manage the Design and Product development on an average of twelve (12) resort/spa properties per year with project budgets ranging from $100K to $20M. Project scope to reflect Four Diamond plus quality with strictly controlled budgets, and schedules that must have minimal displacement impact to operational budgets.

Oversaw testing of implementation of UI Apps, Excel based program, which integrated with the ORACLE accounting system allowing all Project Managers to input budget data and manage actual spending and projected cash flow for product development across the projects life cycle.

Led implementation of master schedule for all capital projects at every property, owned or managed, for each individual project manager to control capital spending while linked to target milestones minimizing operational impact of revenue.

Implemented Product Improvement Plan (PIP) at the Mount Washington Resort and Spa in Bretton Woods, NH. A $9M Capital Improvement plan at the historic one hundred year old resort in the Presidential Mountain range while maintaining the iconic sense of history there.

Wyndham International, Inc., Dallas, TX 1999 to 2007

Owner/Operator of Wyndham products; Resorts, Hotels, Garden Properties, Summer Field Suite extended stay hotels, as well as Hilton`s, Ramada`s, Sheraton`s, Hyatt`s and other brands.

Vice President Project Management (1999 - 2007)

Managed -TEAM WEST- which oversaw renovation projects for one hundred and fifty (150) various hotels in the Western US including Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico and Jamaica.

Create cash loaded schedule utilizing both M.S. Project and Primavera Sure Trak for capital expenditure forecasting.

Establish procedures for contract management, payments, change orders and cash forecasting utilizing the corporate accounts payable system, SAP.

Tenet Health System, Dallas, TX 1995 to 1999

Senior Director, Eastern Division Project Management

Served as the construction management representative for seventy (70) hospitals. Established strategic needs, analyzed current assets, project growth requirements, initiate estimates and schedules, then prepare budgets for approval and managed the implementation of the projects.

Managed design and construction of the $280M new hospital project in Worcester, MA.

Managed the design of the $97M Cleveland Clinic hospital in Westin, FL.

Managed the preparation of master plans for nine (9) hospitals in six (6) different states.

Created new project estimating and forecasting system, which provided consistent reporting formats of capital project estimates and budgets.
