Program/Product Line Manager

Responsible for managing major program opportunities at a world class manufacturer of satellite communications electronics. Products include indoor and outdoor solid-state high power RF amplifiers (SSPA), low noise amplifiers, block down converters and up converters, and rack mounted remote controllers.

Significant accomplishments include:

Responsible for the entire product portfolio of RF Electronics for satellite applications consisting of developing product roadmaps, product requirement documents, market opportunity and ROI analyses.

Developed and managed the New Product Development schedule for each new product utilizing a cross-functional team to execute the roll-out plan.

Created and am leading the Product Line Management Synergy team to set high level product roadmap direction.
