Experience/Background
Ms. Arrowood is the Managing Director of The Write Source, Inc., a small business providing broad spectrum writing, editing, and training services to clients worldwide. Her company was organized in 1991 and formally incorporated under its parent (Investment Decisions, Inc.) in 1993. Prior to founding The Write Source, Ms. Arrowood was a Senior Scientist for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) at the SHAPE Technical Centre in Den Haag, Holland (1987-1990). She also worked as a Senior Staff Engineer for Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin), a Member of the Technical Staff at the MITRE Corporation, and an officer in the U.S.
Army Signal Corps. Her capabilities and competencies include:
