Member of the Structures Lab Safety Committee, responsible for lab-centric safety policies, regulations, and procedures for use by students and staff, as well as the development of a lab-specific safety course.

Thesis titled "Blast Retrofit of Reinforced Concrete Slabs and Walls." My thesis received the 2011 University of Ottawa Commission on Graduate Studies in Sciences Prize. Recipient of NSERC Alexander Graham Bell Canada Graduate Scholarship (CGS-M 2009-2010).
