(3) existing buildings and upgrades to existing building areas.
2011-2012 – Posey Volunteer Fire Station – $1.4 million. New construction of a LEED project in
Staunton, IN
2011 – Siemens – Kingsview Office Park - $2 million. Office and repair facility for electrical
components.
2011 – Three Bond International - $1.5 million. Addition to an existing adhesive manufacturer’s
facility.
2011 – IUPUI Utility Tunnel Rework - $700k – Replacement and restoration of tunnel walls and
lids.
2010 – Muscatatuck Urban Training Center - $5.3 million. New construction of five (5) buildings
and renovation of two (2) existing buildings to support military and police training.
2008-2010 – Performed the roles of project manager and superintendent on several small
projects at start of company with contracts ranging from $80k to $400k.
Lauth Property Group Projects
2007 – University Loft Company - $16.2 million. 500,000 square foot furniture manufacturer
facility with infrastructure improvements.
2006 – Progressive Auto Insurance – Two Locations – Approximately $4.1 million each. Claim
centers consisting of office and garage inspection area. Locations in Harrisburg, PA and
Baltimore, MD.
2005-2006 – Pacmoore Process Technologies - $5.3 million. Food ingredient process facility with
office area.
2005 – Deltapoint Industrial Park - $18 million. New construction of industrial park in Memphis,
TN. Infrastructure improvements and construction of first warehouse building of 885,000 square
feet.
2004-2005 – Pods Warehouse Facility - $2.5 million. Storage facility with office area located in
Columbus, OH.
S&B Construction Projects
2003-2004 – Northview Christian Church - $6.8 million. Three phase project consisting of
renovations and new construction.
2003-2004 – Carmel Street Department Facility - $5.2 million. Project consisted of six (6)
separate buildings. An office building, maintenance building, and four (4) storage buildings.
2002-2003 – Sommer Barnard Ackerson - $3.9 million. Renovation of four (4) floors, 56,000 SF
total, at One Indiana Square Building in downtown Indianapolis.
F.A. Willhelm Projects
2000-2001 – National Starch and Chemical Company Maintenance. Small projects and
renovations. Approximately $7.5 million in maintenance from September 2000 to June 2001.
During this period I also worked as National Starch representative and field coordinator for a
large-scale demolition project.
1999-2000 – Belterra Resort and Casino. Project Manager for Parking Structure - $6.5 million,
Site work - $1.2 million, Boat Dock which included boarding ramps and dredging - $2.2 million,
concrete work for waste water treatment facility - $450,000.
1998-1999 – Eli Lilly and Company Technology Center Maintenance. Small projects, additions
and renovations. Approximately $8 million in maintenance from January 1998 to August 1999.
1998 – Eli Lilly and Company – Building 100 Q.C. Laboratory. A $4 million project consisting of
renovating an existing laboratory and installation of new offices.
1997 – F.A. Wilhelm Masonry Department. Project Manager of multiple masonry projects.
1995-1996 – Eli Lilly T-71 New Building Project. A Project Engineer for this $24 million research
and development facility.
