Provide administrative support of budgetary and personnel activities. Perform secretarial

duties as needed. Respond to customer needs by consulting with others as appropriate or by

1a. Compiling historical budget/grant data and recommending allocation of funds

manuscript composition/development

3h. Coordinating complex and varied travel arrangements, which may include meeting

planning

Assist the director in finishing all tasks which she desires to accomplish

Maintain files on program faculty

Maintain financial information and transactions for my program

Schedule hotels for visiting speakers

Assist students and faculty with class registration, room reservations, textbook orders, etc.

Prepare surveys, newsletters, mailings, etc., to faculty, students

Assist in the HR process of hiring and rehiring faculty

visa applications for foreign faculty members
