Successfully implemented Hemocare Life Line Blood Bank Computer System and
Evaluated Blood Bank Automation Implementation. Work with Laboratory
Director and Blood Bank Director implementing QA/QI Program and maintaining
Quality Laboratory and Transfusion Medicine. Supervise and coordinate
fifteen Blood Bank and five Immunology Laboratory Technologists.
Successfully managed Massive Transfusion Services more than ten years in
SBH Level 1 Trauma Center. Evaluated and successfully reduced $250,000
Blood Product Usage over budget in 2010. Currently working on Blood Bank
Automation with various vendors to Reduce Reagent Cost while improving the
quality.
