Loyalty was a "side-line" processing ability of ProfitPoint. I was brought

on board to assist their IT team I nthe develop their new processing

platform. Bringing the customer and user perspective for processing and

reporting for loyalty and customer retention I assisted in developing the

product roadmap for Loyalty and Rewards Products and Services. I work as a

consultant to our customers to provide them program design and development

strategies that mobilize these emerging technologies to bring the best

program possible for the collection of, segmentation of loyalty programs.

Crossing many vertical industries, my experience is in: retail, hospitality

and service oriented markets. After achieving these goals and generating

database and marketing toolset for ProfitPoint, I then worked directly with
