Provided oversight for assigned teams across full project cycles and worked with project
managers to ensure achievement of objectives. Acting site liaison between client and
corporate leadership. Scheduled and distributed workforce, completed required paperwork
for job certifications and close-out processes. Reviewed blueprints, maintained proper
paperwork, and ensured completion of work to meet t ime/budget goals.
Selected Accomplishments:
~Superintendant for several large projects at Detroit In ternational Airport. Worked closely
w ith General Contractor, Wayne County Building Commission, TSA, and various airport
personnel. Managed/approved changes in build or prints, RFI’s, Work Orders, scheduling
and coordination with other t rades. Project(s) came in on t ime and on budget
~Superintendant for Detroit City Community Center. This large center contained office
space, banquet halls, auditoriums, a private theater, an indoor pool, racquetball courts,
gymnasium, recreational rooms, classrooms, and locker rooms. The center remained open
d uring the re-model requiring a close partnership between myself and the various city of
Detroit personnel to maintain a safe, friendly work site for both patrons and t rades. This
p roject came in on time and on budget.
~Superintendant for major addition/new construction for Detroit Motor City Casino, while
gaming area(s) remained open. This project had a very aggressive schedule and tasked us
to build a new hotel and build out a large, high-end VIP gaming area. Project delivered on
t ime and on budget.
~Other notable projects include: Managing the construction and routine client interface of a
new dental building for the University of Michigan. Managing the construction of a new
dormitory, and new office space for Ross Business College (U of M). Managing the
construction of a faux, high-end court room for Cooley Law School (Auburn Hills, M I).

Provided oversight for teams across project cycles, including managing the construction of
t he “mock-up” rooms used to show hotel decision makers the quality of work they could
expect from our team if we were awarded the re-model contract. I worked very closely with
t he hotel decision makers in the field, and M icco was awarded the contract for each project I
was assigned to. The schedules were extremely aggressive and required a close partnership
between myself and hotel personnel. Most projects averaged 500 rooms.
Selected Accomplishments:
~San Francisco Hyatt, including bringing all rooms up to ADA (Handicap) code. Other
H yatt mock-up/construction projects include Chicago, Miami, & M inneapolis.
~Minneapolis M illennium Hotel: Mock-up and oversight of large-scale remodel.
~New York Essex House Hotel: Mock-up and oversight of large-scale remodel.
~Washington DC Jefferson Hotel: Mock-up and oversight of large-scale remodel.
