infrastructure improvement projects for Wicomico County. As Senior Project Coordinator, I have
facilitated all aspects of major road and site/utility construction which includes but is not limited

Developing and formulating complete contract documents for bidding all construction
activities pertaining to Wicomico County capital improvements.
