Duties: Responsible for all phases of construction and coordination of a variety of capital

infrastructure improvement projects for Wicomico County. As Senior Project Coordinator, I have

facilitated all aspects of major road and site/utility construction which includes but is not limited

to the following:

Developing and formulating complete contract documents for bidding all construction

activities pertaining to Wicomico County capital improvements.

Provide plans, specifications, and estimates for projects in their entirety.

Apply Value Engineering and cost analysis to the scope of construction related work.

Recordation and tracking of costs and quantities associated with projects on a daily basis.

Supervise personnel from testing agencies and Roads Division employees for all

construction, inspection and testing of structures, soils, asphalt paving, concrete, utilities,

bridges and dams.

Provide Quality Control and assurance for the departments construction activities.

Manage and coordinate all contractor/subcontractor’s scheduling and monitor progress.

Responsible for all utility installations and relocations as required by the State of

Maryland.

Prepare (PS&E) plans, specs, and estimates for hot mix asphalt, guardrail rehab and

replacement, dam safety operation and maintenance plans, bridge repair and replacement,

storm water and drainage design improvements as necessary, grant writing to secure
