PROFILE
More than 20 years of experience in environmental engineering, concentrating on the solid and hazardous waste man-
agement. Involvement has been with the development of engineering design plans, site investigations, facility design,
preparation of permit applications, environmental compliance review, siting, feasibility studies, construction manage-
ment and quality control. In addition, seven years experience as an educator teaching below level learners biology and
earth science, while integrating math and reading skills. Was the key person in the start-up and establishment of a

Assisted in the preparation of a comprehensive integrated solid waste management master plan for York Region.
Technical Manager, GS2 Engineering and Environmental Consultants, Columbia, SC 2010-2011
Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, technical review of environmental documents, project management,
report generation, marketing and proposal writing and employee training. Project management, preparation and
submittal of stormwater pollution plans and spill prevention control and countermeasures plans for the SCDOT
District 1 and 5 maintenance facilities and section sheds. Completed Phase I Environmental Assessments of
commercial, industrial and residential properties for multiple banks throughout GA, MD, FL, OR, and UT. Assisted in
the preparation of air permits and investigation for an industrial plant in SC.

Created, implemented and managed a 9th Grade Academy, geared towards learners who needed the extra guidance
and support to complete the 9th grade and continue on in their high school education. Taught biology, earth science,

Assisted in the development of solid waste market segment. Maintained client relationships and projects for transfer
station design, leachate management, landfill drainage, pilot collection programs, commercial waste characterization
