Qualifications I have twenty-nine years of experience in

the over-sight of six restaurants. Duties included enforcing

inspecting restaurants, financial accountability for six

restaurants, P&L reconciliation, and Power Point

presentations. I was also in charge of food cost and food

vendors for all twenty-three restaurants in our company.
