weapon violation to which I was carry without license. Sentence to 3yrs Probation and 300 hours community

service. I have completed everything.

I am trying to change my career for trucking to Warehouse or Forklift Operator. I know it's hard to get most

company to not look past with I done in the past or look at my jobs History, on the way I moved around for

jobs. I'm trying to at least have a chance to start a fresh NEW CAREER change to be able to retire at when

the time has come. So all I am asking for, is a chance to show you that I can be that quick learner and team

worker to advance throughout the years to come.
