(1/13 to Present) Interim Laboratory Manager: Aureus Medical at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Hired to assist a newly acquired hospital in lean laboratory redesign and integration into a system. Working with them to make the transition from Joint Commission to a CAP accredited Laboratory. (8/12 to 11/12) Laboratory Manager Consultant: Aureus Medical At Mimbres Medical Center in Deming, New Mexico. Mentored a new Laboratory Manager and rewrote most of the policy and procedures. Temporary contract Laboratory Manager and consultant position.
