My background consists of working as a journeyman technician, shop foreman, service advisor, and assistant service manager.

I have been ASE master certified in all areas. Been through customer training with most major manufactuers, GM, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Chrysler, Honda, and BMW, as well as Dale Carnagie customer relations.

Always been a leader in sales, and customer satisfaction. Recent numbers availabe on request, but average 2.3 to 3.3 hrs per RO. I have worked with Reynolds and Reynolds, and ADP computer systems, mostly reynolds.

I started with auto dealers at Lou Fusz Toyota, and moved through the Fusz orginization for 16 years. After Gene closed down, I moved on to other local dealers, Bommarito Auto Group, Frank Leta, and the last 8 years at Autohaus BMW.

Education: Lafayette High School graduate, two years St Charles Community College. My emphasis in education, high school through college has been directed toward egnineering. Have taken engineering drawing, machine design, drafting, computer programming.

Have owned and operated my own business installing electric sunroofs and T-tops for local car dealerships. Also, operated a small business as a landscape architect.

Hobbies: Boating, water sports.
