as Senior Developer. I developed RPG subfile templates for rapid application

development using Rational Application Developer for power I (V8). I also worked with

various AS/400 clients in the area like OmniCare, Clarion, Iams.

I was the Data Processing Manager. I designed and developed all their computer systems

including G/L, A/P, A/R, Payroll, and Sales /Inventory in RPG. I also developed the

backroom software for their gas stations to process and transmit the daily reports in

FoxPro.

Other responsibilities encompass Master Security Offices, Systems Operator, PC Support

Administrator, Payroll Manager for 500 employees, Bookkeeper, corporate reporting, and

help desk support for 140 users.

Other Work Experiences

I created a program to color code RPG programs, It changes colors based on level of nested Ifs

Dos etc. I created other programmer utilities for faster program development.

I designed and coded an A/R system for C. A. Rambacher and & Co. CPA firm.

I Developed and installed a Payroll system and Client Tracking system for Ironton Lawrence

County Community Action Organization.

I provided contract programming for Wheeler and Williams Hardware Company.

Publications

I had an article published in the Bit Stop section of News/38-38 magazine. The subject was the

Patch Procedure. The magazine Scope/36 published two submissions. The first was a RPG

program using a variable line screen (like a sub-file program). The second was an article about

the System/36 Evaluate OCL statement.

Hobbies

Web site design, tennis, hiking, and playing guitar. I thoroughly enjoy spending quality time

with my family and friends.
