OBJECTIVE

I am seeking a career with an organization where I can utilize my

skills as an administrative assistant, peer trainer and customer

service specialist. I am organized, punctual, ambitious and

Property Management - Administrative Assistant - The Sun City Civic

Association has over 4700 homes and is one of the busiest Active

Senior Home Owners Association offices in the greater inland empire.

Front office duties include answering phones, new registration and

updating member files. Working front desk requires addressing walk

in members concerns, registrations, updating electronic access systems

and general complaints. I worked closely with all office staff and

assisted the needs of board members. I have a thorough understanding

different property management software including Connect, Jenark,

Citrix, Condo Manager, and Microsoft Office. I have also assisted in

code compliance duties.

Peer Trainer/Retail Sales Merchandiser - Responsible for insuring all

clients merchandise was displayed and available for purchase. My job

required interacting with customers, other vendors and store personnel

from stock persons to management at all levels. For over two years, I

also trained new and existing employees for our company. I was able

to meet and in many cases exceed expectations regarding number of

locations visited, new items speed to shelf, secondary's placed and

void correction. During my tenure with Advantage, I often won top

awards for productivity and accuracy.
