Project Manager-Spare Parts/Buyer- Machined Parts-Quoted and estimated all
spare parts to current customer base. Received purchase orders from current
customer bases and released work accordingly. Responsible for all customer
interfaces, shipments and invoicing as required. Maintained specified
profit margins as required reporting on ETC's and assuring all milestones
are meet. Quoted all machined details both regulatory and non-regulatory,
versus budgets associated with projects. Procured a quality part at a
competitive price, domestically and in global markets. Planned all work in
VISHAL Maintained up-to-date supplier files. Worked closely with WII
Engineering, Tool & Die Division, Applications, Build-To-Print, and Quality
Assurance to insure pricing and scheduling requirements during proposal
stages. Make subcontract visits as required, to perform surveys, and verify
progress of jobs. Answer supplier problems. Monitor Purchase Orders, daily
to maintain delivery schedules. Worked closely with WII project engineers,
Project managers, and quality assurance to perform dispositions on details
that are determined to be returned for a rejection and reworked in a timely
manner. Expedited all subcontracted details as well as details manufactured
in Wright shop. Attended and reported results in all Primavera scheduling
meetings. Played a major role in installation and debug and monitoring new
MPP SYSTEM and EPICORE. Responsible for generating and maintaining
manufacturing projected backlog and forecast reports to all Project

Production Supervisor(6/95-2/99). Coach and direct the activities of hourly
team members manufacturing
cells working with 70 different SKU's in a mixed model operation.

manufacturing of sheet metal fabrication, CNC Amada's (punch presses),
welding and paint line.
Team Leader responsible for the relocation of the manufacturing
operations from Bowling Green, KY to LaVergne TN. Managed physical
move, inventory planning, transportation, set-up and production

Hustlers, CNC Hardniges,
