Completed a $3 Million 500+ devices print solution deployment project for the City of Hamilton on

time/budget despite an extremely aggressive timeline and a severe inventory constraint at the time

Addendum: Consulting Projects Highlights

BMO Harris Private Banking: An IT consulting engagement to look at BMO’s private investment bank

to identify the need of a CRM system, vendor selection process, implementation of a pilot program, as well

as tactical solutions to deliver a seamless, consistent and integrated customer experience across all

channels and lines of business.

GlaxoSmithKline: A marketing initiative to investigate and evaluate eForms department’s (self-funded

department under GSK Global IT) business development issues in regards to future promotions and revenue

generation. Recommended tactical solutions included rebranding of department and logo, intranet presence,

staff addition, re-positioning of green initiative and operation process improvement.

BioteQ Technologies (Industrial Waste Water Management): An Asian market entry strategy

consulting engagement was done for a BC high-tech company specialized in industrial waste water

management. Evaluated company’s overall operations in Canada including its global expansion strategy,

financial analysis and feasibility study. Researched on potential industry in China including an overseas field

investigation with government officials (Environmental Bureau), potential clients and industry experts. A “Go”

recommendation was presented, accompanied by a 5-year expansion strategy, as well as tactical solutions

for such joint venture to take place with an identified Chinese industrial design company.
