. Responsible for surveying and construction analysis of Disaster
sites after four major hurricanes.
. Quantify losses to residential and small businesses, and monitor
progress of re-construction. Approval of draw requests for
reconstruction.
. 2004-2005 Active as a loss verifier on the Ohio River and Tennessee
River after Francis, Ivan, and to a small extent Ivan, caused
severe flooding.
. In spring of 2005 we surveyed the White River after the winter
severe storms.
. In the fall of 2005 I was called by Dale Stagner, to report to New
Orleans, after Katrina. The same day, I was called by the John
Hardy Group, and advised that they
had secured an assignment with Crawford and Company to assess the
damages to Lindy Boggs Hospital, one of the 3 main hospitals in the
area. I accepted the offer, and spent 4 months with the team,
assessing, room by room, this hospital, (estimating via Timberline
and Marshall and Swift) and 3 smaller feeder hospitals.
