MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

1. Re-organized the LETS Volver production office in Austin by adding personnel and equipment necessary to finalize over 300 telecommunication developments in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, and Wisconsin in a two-month time period, resulting in obtaining additional projects for the branch.

1. Re-tooled the stormwater management report process and documentation to meet the new Northwest Florida Water Management District’s guidelines for permitting. Received a permit without comments for the first project submitted, enabling our client to go to construction several months in advance.

1. Spearheaded the establishment of individual project teams, consisting of a Project Manager / Engineer and Cad Designer. This highly effective method increased productivity, moral, and profits, and ultimately decreased the internal stress and strain of getting the work out the door.

1. Championed a new client to the St. Augustine, Florida Branch Office. Formed a design team for production and permitting for the Murphy Oil USA fueling station program. This increased the profitability of the company and resulted in the achievement of the largest profit margins within the CEI Engineering’s branch offices.

Walmart approvals were actually more difficult to attain than the local governing authorities.
