bidding and estimation; Communications with the Operations Manger to insure the optimization of

manpower and project problem solving; Oversee continuous quality improvement in the installation and

I-65 Hoover, AL- ACPA 2012 Silver Award- $21m Rebuilt Contract mainline and ramps, accelerated

schedule finished early despite winter weather delays; maintained budget

I-385, Laurens, SC- 2011 ACPA 2010 Silver Award, America’s Transportation Award, Placed 5th in “2011

Top 10 Roads” Roads & Bridges- A typical 2-yr project accelerated to a 8 month schedule, completed

early and under budget, full rehabilitation project, string-less paving

I-520/I-20 Aiken, SC- ACPA 2010 Silver Award- First SC concrete Design/Build project, 30 days

allotted for 20 miles of mainline paving, completed 3 months ahead of schedule

largest Cuyahoga County Roadway concrete project let for $21 million, and expanded though change work to

Cleveland Hopkins Airport-Removal and replacement of runway and taxiway of 16” pavement;

cement treated permeable base; base stabilization, drainage; under budget and ahead of schedule
