Project Experience@ LiveTech

1) Route Optimization System

Client: LiveTech

Description:

Route Optimization System is designed to be used by the Telecom

operators. It provides tools to manage network cost information supplied by

other operators. Additional analysis on the impact of current operator

tariffs as well as forecasts on potential future operator tariffs is also

featured. The system is capable of taking into account factors such as call

quality rate information, capacity and network costs in calculating the

optimum choice of operators. CCAS is tightly integrated with Concilia -

Telecom Billing Solution.

Rate sheet import module is the critical part of the optima product.

In this part of the product user import all the rates given by the vendors

and applies dial code logic and gives the route output.

Responsibilities:

. Understanding the Requirements and Functional Specifications of the

Project.

. Identified Test Scenarios required for testing.

. Prepared and Executed Test Cases as per System Requirements.

. Performed various black box testing Methodologies like Functionality

Testing, Usability Testing and Regression Testing.

. Defect Reporting and Tracking using Bugzilla 3.2 and Track+ 3.7.

. HP QTP 10.0 was used to generate automated test scripts for

functionality.

. Created and Implemented Customized Hybrid framework.

. Test Management (Test Case Execution and Defect Reporting) using HP QC

10.0.

. Extensively performed Manual Testing process to ensure the quality of

the software.
