This includes provision of engineering services to projects and liaison with other

departments. Some of the main projects that I led include

His Highness's Royal Palace in Jabal Hafit, and its attachments.

This included 5 No. of chalets, a separate professional kitchen, other utilities

and plant units. This involved a detailed in-house design and supervision of

construction sub-contractors works. It also involved developing the project design

brief and all relevant specifications for a state of the art completion.

300 beds Hospital in Quita Pakistan. .

This involved similar activities to those detailed above including the direct

supervision of all design activities by the consultants, and the control and

planning of site construction and cost assessment.

Breading and Farming of Falcons facilities in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi and Damascus.

Supervision of the design and construction of the centre and its related utilities

and personnel accommodation and facilities..

UAE Embassy building of Turkmenistan.

Design supervision and review for all project related activities. This includes

the main Embassy building as well as the required accommodation for the ambassador

and staff.

Renewal and upgrading of the airport runway for Mari Airport in Turkmenistan.

This also included the introduction of a new Approach Glide Landing (AGL) and

Instrument Landing System (ILS) system.

Supervision of the detailed design and execution for HH Palace in Rabat Morocco.

Responsible for the management of all project activities including lengthy

secondments in Morocco, and the provision of engineering services to the project

and liaison with contractors.

Supervision of the detailed design for HH Palace in Mahi Seychelles Island. This

included direct supervision of project construction in Seychelles Island until

handover by the contractors.

I was in charge of managing and designing all aspects of the construction of

commercial, residential and utility buildings. The projects that I was involved in

the capacity of lead design and project manager include:

Projects Description:

Coca Cola Factory in Al Ain. My role was to supervise all construction activities

including design of the main steel hangars, civil foundation, cladding, and all

associated piping and plumbing fittings.

General and individual design of villas.

Ahmad Al Sharif commercial offices building block in Al Ain.

Project execution for a large number of individual residential buildings in Al Ain

Al Nasiri family complex. This included design review by the consultant and a

direct project execution. The complex consists of a number of villas, a number of

Majlis, kitchens and service and utility buildings, including all required

infrastructures.

Al Ain cooperative superstores. 4 Nos. This included a preparation of all required

bid input that was awarded to the firm. It also involved direct detailed design

and construction with all related procurement activities and evaluations.

Managed a number of projects including College of Higher National Diploma for

Electromechanical Technicians, Aleppo. This involved the design activities for the
