Provide solution and services to operator globally for Network performance improvement through probe

solutions.

Facilitate customer to optimize the network with less on fi eld optimization teams and give suggestion to

improve QoS through round the clock monitoring and making necessary changes where required.

RF EXPERIENCE (GSM & CDMA) (NPO)

Perform drive test using TEMS INVESTIGATION to identify problems like poor coverage, interferences and

handover problems.

Post processing and analysis of logfiles to detect eventual problems and recommend changes to fix those

KPI analysis of Drop Call Rate, Call Setup Success Rate, High Blocking (TCH and SDCCH).

Perform CQT and identify faulty TRX’s.
