ESH Manager
. Perform risk analysis, develop programs that exceed basic regulatory
compliance, identify needed resources (such as personal protective
equipment) and budget for resources, identify required training for
employees in various operations, perform and document training,
document and submit monthly performance metrics, perform ESH
inspections, implement employee reward and recognition program. Read
and understand regulatory compliance and submit any documentation
required to operate under permits (such as air, hazardous waste and
water).

supervisors and regulators to help implement a complete ESH Program.
Conducts facility surveys (staff assistance visits and audits) in
order to evaluate the effectiveness of local programs, and identify

that will lead to successful mitigation or elimination of adversities.

human health and the environment. Champions the program to obtain and
maintain a world-class safety culture. Supports program assistance

requirements. Works directly and indirectly with senior staff and
program management to develop and implement action plans that assure
corporate risk minimization or elimination. Provides consultation
services and ESH program management to the Division President and
senior staff in all areas of ESH management. Utilizes an ESH
management system to ensure standardization and consistent application
and performance of ESH programs across the field.

control strategies to employ to protect workers, the environment and
natural resources from harm of chemical, physical, biological or
ergonomic agents. Provides direction in responsible ESH management to
project ESH coordinators. Compiles and analyzes accident, injury and

that can adversely impact workers compensation costs; formulates
affirmative action plans in conjunction with appropriate management to
bring about a reduction of incidence and lower insurance related costs
