Senior Human Resources Manager - Managed HR functions for a Fortune 1000
company - one of the world's largest electrical component manufacturers,
producing devices used in all types of electronic devices and equipment.
Supervised HR Generalists and supported a total headcount of 550 on and off
site (including 19 states and countries such as Canada, Mexico, and
Brazil). Led four corporate divisions, including three factories (one
unionized), and the regional corporate sales team. Facilitated high level
employee searches, including working with executive search consultants in
Research & Development and Marketing.
. Workforce Development - Created and implemented an HR continuing
education program for United States HR personnel. Set up educational
conference calls ("HR Academies") which focused on specific topics
resulting in stronger, deeper and better staff knowledge of the HR

employment drug testing policy. Defined specifications, researched
relevant issues, and sourced vendors - ultimately launching a successful
