• Causticizing plant having 4000 m3/day of green liquor processing capacity

• Two 170 T/day Lime Kiln

Also heads a 500m3/day of calcium hypochlorite production plant

Experience in the Chlorine handling plant

Production Planning:

Preparing production schedules, Materials requirement planning,

Planning for Monthly and Annual shutdowns,

Annual and Month end reporting,

Man power planning etc.

Quality control:

Head of Quality control lab for testing paper and pulp making chemicals

Qualified as Quality Auditor for ISO 9001: 2000

Experience in the documentation procedures for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

Project Management:

Actively involved in Rs.600 crore Mill Development Plan which includes the Erection,

Commissioning and stabilization of a 3600 m3/day white liquor producing causticizing

plant,1300 T BLDS / day Recovery boiler, 350T Per hr Water Evaporation falling film

evaporator and a new 170 T/day Lime kiln.

development, Equipment’s inspection and Preparing BOM’s
