Worked in the NHS since 1987, Registered Mental Nurse (RMN), based in Leicester originally from Birkenhead.
Experience includes working in Adult Acute Services (Community and In patient), Forensic Mental Health and Psychiatric
Intensive Care. Extensive experience in Project Management, Service development and Investigations. Currently working
as General Manager for Adult inpatient, Crisis Resolution, Liaison, Challenging Behaviour, Rehabilitation and Intensive
Care Unit. Responsibility for Strategic planning and financial Management of approx £20 million budget
Investigations completed (SUI) 30+, Ranging from adverse incident (e.g. Medicine Error) to Internal Investigation lead on
Homicide (Pre Independent Inquiry). I have worked on Panel and individual investigations from 2001 and still regularly
complete them. I have led and been a panel Member on Investigations and recently completed (panel member) a Serious
Case Review. Reports have been pre and posy Inquest.
