Summary
I graduated high school in June of 2012. A week after I was hired as a Busser at Universal
Studios of Orlando. There, I acquired in-depth knowledge about the hospitality industry. I
learned how to handle customer service issues and to communicate with guests. Even
though I may not have a lot of experience, I know that with my work and academic
experiences, I can be the best employee you've ever seen.
Objectives
In applying for this position I hope to further my people skills by engaging in conversations
with the guests to not only benefit me, but the company itself. I know you are looking for
exuberant members that you can add to your team. I may not meet all of the requirements
that you’re looking for but if you give me the ball, I'll run as far as I can with it.

My background in working as a Busser was not just cleaning after guests. Working at a
theme park, I was expected to know where each rides/attraction was located, my
recommendations for food and to just have general conversation with any guest I came in
contact with. To this point, my social skills are superb. I get complements on how well I can
interact with people I don't even know more times than I can count.

kitchen. I am a sports fanatic. I enjoy watching baseball, professional wrestling, football,
and basketball. I enjoy traveling, not a lot but whenever my family can afford it.
