P&L reporting, annual plan and interim forecasting, cost control, overhead and cash management.
Risk management - Conduct monthly project reviews, identify issues and opportunities, develop action items
and manage follow up. Review of contracts for new work, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Negotiate standard contract language with repeat customers. Ensure regional operations are in compliance
with all company policies and procedures. Pre-qualification of subcontractors inclusive of thorough financial
analysis.

partner to regional Executive Vice President. Responsibilities and accomplishments:
Consolidated and local P&L reporting, annual plan and interim forecasting, cost control and project
accounting, overhead and cash management.
Developed a financial processes and controls program for financial management at the office level that
included calendar based analysis and reporting of variances to overhead and selling expense budgets/forecasts
with required action identification and follow up. This program was shared with and used by other regions.
Handled commercial risk management function for the region including conducting project reviews at all
regional offices. Identified project issues. Developed action i tems to resolve issues and provided follow-up
on results. Reviewed all proposal packages for new work.

management and ensuring region wide adherence to company standards for cost control and project accounting.
Provided a leadership role in converting three Bovis companies in 1997 to one common core cos t control and project
accounting system for a newly formed company with 2,000 employees and nearly $2 billion annual revenue. Trained
and supervised the office controllers within the North Atlantic Region on a new P&L reporting system. Managed
human resources and office administration for the Princeton office. Promoted to Vice President.
Controller, Princeton, NJ Office, 1993 - 1995
Responsibilities included P&L reporting, annual plan and interim forecasting, cash management, overhead
management, managing the project accounting team and managing the human resource and office administration
functions for office with 200 employees and revenue of $200 million. Business partner to the office principal in charge.

Managed a department of 20+ project accountants on projects in the metropolitan New York area. Hands on
