Positioning for the entire Fleet Division/Axiom Automotive within Transtar Industries. The fleet consisted of the USPS

Inventory/Production Planner (Contractor)Paper Chemicals & Colorants (2004-2007) Responsibilities included
demand planning, inventory analysis and procurement and production planning for the Paper Colorants Business Unit.
Analyzed production and purchasing requirements to ensure that inventory levels met customer demand. Worked
closely with the production plant to ensure products were produced to meet demand and that correct packaging was
accomplished. Work closely with product managers and the field sales representatives. Advised customer service
representatives regularly regarding product allocation and availability. Placed purchase orders, both domestic and
imported. Entered process orders with suppliers for tolled materials and expedited orders when necessary. Transferred
stock to outlying warehouses based on average sales and forecast. Coordinated transportation and warehousing
activities as required. Closely monitored German, Asian and Canadian imported products and coordinated with the
holding facility and production plant. SAP R/3 utilization. This business unit was sold to an Atlanta based company.

Senior Planner-Line Maintenance Planning (2000-2002) Balanced aircraft maintenance requirements with
maintenance station capabilities, manpower and parts availability to create the nightly production work releases.
Ensured FAA mandated time controlled maintenance requirements were met to avoid penalties and grounding of
flights. Monitored aircraft routings to ensure station and maintenance personnel were equipped to handle assigned
work and that parts were available to accomplish the work. Planned all aircraft maintenance requirements including
EO/Engineering Orders, Advisories, Airworthy Directives, Campaign Directives, MELS/Minimum Equipment Listings
and aircraft maintenance checks consisting of daily, weekly and A-checks. Monitored parts availability to ensure
maintenance completion was possible. Utilized LAMPS (Line Maintenance Planning System), MOCA, (Aircraft
Routing System) DECS/FOS (Flight Operations System) and Maxi Merlin (MRP and Engineering System). Post 911
reductions in force job loss.
Inventory Analyst-Materials Management (1995-2000) Forecasted and planned various multimillion dollar aircraft
parts inventories. Balanced production requirements with inventory reduction objectives using JIT “just in time” theory.
Ensured parts were received in time to meet production requirements. Monitored material demand and inventory levels
to support in-house shop production, heavy and line maintenance usage using the company’s MRP system Maxi
Merlin. Continual monitored of slow and obsolete inventory for final disposition. Wiring diagrams, maintenance and
repair manuals and IPC’s were used for technical support. Close interaction with aircraft mechanics, technical foreman
and engineers respectively. Over this timeframe, responsibilities consisted of the following; avionics, instrumentation,
hydraulics, air conditioning, engine indicating, Pratt & Whitney JT8 & A4168 and Rolls Royce TAY engine parts.
