My duties include performing all ISO-9001 internal auditing for the
company. This includes auditing each element of ISO-9001 Standard plus all
process audits for the products we make. Some of my other responsibilities
include: Performing the training on some of the Quality department's SOP
(Standard Operating Procedures), Orientation for all new employees on "ISO
Basics - What Employees need to know", Document Control function of all
Policies, Procedures, Dept. Instructions & Training Instructions and Assist
Quality/Process Engineers with development of pictorial Process
Specifications. I also have achieved Trainer status to instruct SPC Basic
level classes. I have also been involved in a couple Kaizen events which
included developing QCDS Boards. In August, 2009 I received my 36 hour
Lead Auditor Certification for ISO9001:2008. Have access to the MHP-WARP
system to input Ammo Data Cards into the Government System. I am also an
active member of ASQ (American Society for Quality).

Duties include: Instrumental in the successful conversion from QS9000 to
TS16949 Quality Management System requirements; Management Representative
responsibilities for both TS and ISO14001 systems to include internal
auditing and managing third party external audits; Responsible for monthly
quality reports that tracked Customer's PPM's to corporate office
(Germany); assist quality engineers in CMM data entry, complete gage
R&R's, PPAP's and data charts development; responsible for PPAP
coordination and control; assist the Molding Department by entering all set-
up sheets into ACCESS database to chart Process Monitoring. I was also
responsible for coordinating, updating and maintaining all controlled
documents; records management for all documentation that impacts or
effects quality; Design/development of visual aids and pictorial work
instructions. As an administrator for the Quality Department, I also work
closely with the customers, quality engineers, etc. to assure all aspects
of customer satisfaction were met, including daily monitoring of customer
websites for quality issues, bulletins, etc.
