Process Equipment. Hired to be a part of Senior PM staff for larger

projects in the companys forcast. Projects never materialized and many

others were closing out. Sitting on bench and made the decision to move on

prior to a layoff situation.

in Portland, Oregon. CM activities on capitol construction projects for

Chevron USA - El Paso Refinery. Also responsible for preparing engineering

/ construction project schedules, cost estimates and specification

composition for industrial design/construct projects. Developed Bath's

construction management procedures manual for CM contracts.

PCI International Inc. - Petro-Chem Design & Development, Houston, Texas

1990 - 1991

Executive Project Coordinator of the El Paso Refining Expansion Project -

Responsible for scheduling and coordinating site activities. Supervising

field Subcontract Coordinators. Monitoring site schedules and tracking

subcontractor productivity. Coordinated design activities to correspond

with construction work, client's production and timeline constraints.

Chaired mechanical punch list meetings for onsite units and offsite

activities associated with those units. Monitored quality control

procedures of all civil and structural construction activities. (Project

amount = 150 million with a 14 month duration)

Although I am absent a college diploma, I have been mentored by some of the

most talented leaders in the construction and engineering industry. My

hands on experience combined with knowledge of the construction process

from inception, budgeting, engineering, solicitation, bidding and execution

have helped me to manage a broad range of projects with positive success. I

regularly attend seminars and workshops on business development,

construction management practices, scheduling, cost control and safety. I
