construction management procedures manual for CM contracts.

Chaired mechanical punch list meetings for onsite units and offsite

Although I am absent a college diploma, I have been mentored by some of the
most talented leaders in the construction and engineering industry. My
hands on experience combined with knowledge of the construction process
from inception, budgeting, engineering, solicitation, bidding and execution
have helped me to manage a broad range of projects with positive success. I
regularly attend seminars and workshops on business development,
construction management practices, scheduling, cost control and safety. I
