I was a kitchen aid. I made salads, severed the staff and patience’s. I cleaned the dining room, did dishes.
1984 to 1991 worked at Plastic Plate Monroe,
I was an inspector. I would unrack parts off the bars, and then pack them off so they can go to the next
operation.
1991 to 1997 worked at Montgomery Wards
I worked in Small Electronic; I would help customers on finding of what products that they were looking
for,
Cash Office; I would make sure that each cash register would balance out correctly, and get the cash bags
ready for the next day.
Customer Pick Up; I was an switch board operator, I would scan the barcodes on the big ticket items
could get loaded in customers cars. I would help the customers in any way that I could.
Personnel ; after an employee was hired, I would train them on how to run the cash register, I would do
krono’s on all the employees, I made sure that the employees would get paid for the correct hours that
they worked.
1997 to Presents Lacks Enterprises
1997 to 1999 Airwest Assy;
I assembled chrome claddings onto rims by RTV, or foam. When bringing the foam line (auto line) over
to Barden assembles, I was playing coordinator to 5 employees until the line got moved. I would make
sure that we got our product out on a timely matter.
1999 to 2004 Barden Assemble;
I would assemble claddings onto wheels from a manual machine, or auto line, assembled small
ornaments, I would change over machines, I was back up Supervisor, to 20 employees when the
supervisor went on vacation, or when we worked the weekends. I would cover for her.
2004 to 2005 Kraft Assemble;
I was coordinator for 15 employees, I would set up machines, run at least 5 pieces, to make sure that the
machine and job is ready to run. I would make sure that my employees would assemble them correctly,
we took pride in our parts, my employee’s would assemble small car ornaments then we would make sure
that they would get shipped to our customers in a timely matter.
2005 to present Barden Plater;
I’m a coordinator for 8 inspectors, 2 luggers, and 1 assembler. I would make sure that my inspectors will
unrack parts off the rack correctly, inspect parts and pack correctly.
I would make sure that my luggers would bring the correct pack to the correct station. I would have my
luggers even help out my inspectors when needed, by help date stamp the parts on the bar, or even help
inspect, when needed.
I’m also in charge of dually machine; I make sure that my operator we assemble the correct dually rims
for Chrysler, and for General Motors. I will change over on the machine from one to the other. From kits
to service. What the customer is calling for.
1998 I took train the trainer; I would show new employee’s on how to assemble small ornaments, or how
the run the auto line, or even the manual machine
2002 I graduated from Supervisor Development; I learned on what a supervisor is all about.
1998 to 2000 I took leadership classes; it taught me to be a better leader.
