Education: HSD, Truck Driver Training, United States Army Fuel truck
driver. I am licensed to drive a forklift. I also operate a variety of

Position: Truck driver
Duties: To inspect the truck and trailer each day, to go to local
facilities to exchange trailers or containers for the customer. I drive a
straight truck for the containers, a dry van and also a flat bed. I also
operate a fork lift for this company. When there is no work on the truck I
work in the shop cleaning and also baling the cardboard. I load trucks
also.
I worked for Stacys Greenhouses as a merchandiser.
Starting date : 5/2009 through 2/2010
Duties : Unload carts of live plants onto tables at The Home Depot . To
display and care for the plants.
Reason for leaving: This was a seasonal and part-time job.

Duties: To inspect truck and trailer, maintain logs according to D.O.T
specs. To deliver freight in a professional and timely manner. To pick up
freight and maintain refrigerator temps. To see that product was not
ruined. This job was a long haul position originating in N.C. to Ca. and
back to N.C. I drove this team with my wife.

Duties : To inspect the truck and trailer, maintain log book according to
D.O.T. specs. To deliver freight in a professional and timely manner. To
pick up my back haul and return it to the yard or deliver it also. This job
was long haul and was the north east part of the U.S.

Starting date : 09/05 through 11/05
Duties : To inspect truck and trailer . T pick up furniture at various
plants in the area and return it to the freight yard. This was a local
driving position and it was not required to maintain a log book.
Reason for leaving: To go O.T.R. due to lack of work
I drove dump truck for Huffman Grading, Hickory N.C. 828-***-****
Starting date : 06/05 through 09/05
Duties were to inspect the truck and drive to remove dirt and debris from
construction sites. I also did various jobs when there was no work for the
truck.
Reason for leaving: As this was construction and the work depended on the
elements there were not enough hours so I went back to tractor trailer
driving.

product was not ruined.I drove team with my wife. This was a long haul job
that took us from N.C. to Ca. and back each week.

Duties: I started with Henry as a brass nailer and truck driver. I nail the
brass nails onto the furniture . I also drove the straight truck to High
Point to deliver to the showroom and also did in home deliveries. I picked
up frames, leather and various other goods that was needed. I also did
maintenance for the plant and showroom that included plumbing, painting and
a variety of other things.
Reason for leaving: Furniture was slow so I left to go back to truck
driving.
Personal interests: I love to garden with my wife. I also enjoy video
games, boating and spending time with my family. My wife and I do Bible
study together. I enjoy a well rounded and full life which is due to the
blessing of the Lord. He gave me a great family and a wonderful life.
