. Managed Total Package Fielding (TPF) milestones required to plan,
coordinate and execute equipment fielding requirements as defined by
The Department of the Army.
. As a Team Leader, led various teams on several ACU Fielding missions that
included problem analysis and problem solving.
. Led a fifteen member team that would arrive at the fielding site prior to
the required delivery date and receive the equipment for the fielding
mission.
. Prepared and validated Material Requirements Lists (MRLs), Mission
Support Plans (MSPs) and all issued documents (DA Form 3161) for each
assigned fielding mission.
. Supervised the transfer of US Army PEO Soldiers uniforms and body armor
procurement by collaborating with project leaders, systems integrators
and force modernization officers from gaining commands to ensure

and conducting on site fielding events of new equipment.
. Verified the accuracy of shipments by checking items for damage to
protect the entire on-hand inventory stock totaling about $20-50M using
the inventory control database program (SMART- Standard Maintenance Asset
Readiness Tool). Accounted for all inventory by using the US Army's
Property Book Unit Supply Enhancement (PBUSE) system.
