on the Cisco 6509 switch, working with Cisco TAC on any routers, switches, voice gateway issues at Metro.
I am also responsible for a fter-hours support and maintenance weekend every month, with that, the
u pdating of Cisco servers and updating security patches on the servers, and supporting Cisco NAC
