I mplementation/Support /Documentation of the Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity Express; this

p hones and configuring them in Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity. I also do the configuring of the ports

on the Cisco 6509 switch, working with Cisco TAC on any routers, switches, voice gateway issues at Metro.

I am also responsible for a fter-hours support and maintenance weekend every month, with that, the

u pdating of Cisco servers and updating security patches on the servers, and supporting Cisco NAC

t hroughout Metro. This included Cisco Wireless WAP’s with IB/OOB utilizing Cisco 3355 NAC Appliance.
