staff, develop cost estimates and ensure technical and financial excellence. Conducted customer

negotiations on pricing and terms. Performed earned value metrics (EVM), schedules variances and

forecast “estimate to complete (ETC)” metrics. Defined and resolved cost variance discrepancies on all

projects. Prepared and coordinated project reviews (financial and non-financial analysis). Managed direct

reports as well as project resources.

• Maintained project performance cost variance to +/- 2% by actively monitoring and

analyzing actual vs. estimated cost and conducted post mortem analyses to create a better model.
