A web based application for a hospital, to reduce paper work and pain to

front office while scheduling physician's appointment with patient. This

s/w is design by considering various day to day activities involved in the

physician's clinic, such as an Appointment templates, set individual

working hours for each physician in the practice in advance, manage patient

flow from check-in through checkout, electronically check insurance status

and know whether the patient has coverage, track patient arrivals and

their visit status.

Responsibilities:

. Involved from the initial stage of putting the Requirements Documents for

testability.

Payment Processing Management project deals with creating the customer

payment profiles, processing the request and responses from Banking server

to payment gateway server, payment confirmation process. This system allows

the customer to create the multiple payment profiles to make the online

payments. This project is the core part of the banking application to

handle all the customer payment related tasks.

Responsibilities:

Quality Center.

Multi Access Integration (MAI) This project primarily involves providing

home and auto insurance on the web, on a state by state implementation

basis and also integrates the three routes that a customer can take to get

insurance, namely: The Amica Agent, The Amica toll free access and the web.

The role of my team was in 'Quote/New Business', which provides a customer

with an insurance quote based on the information provided by him, and lets

him purchase insurance online.

Responsibilities:

. Worked on Entire Software Testing Life Cycle that includes Test

Initiation, designing, execution, reporting and closure.

. Discussed and worked with business analyst team to gather detail

functionality.

. Create the Application Area for QTP/QC (Object Repository, Function

Libraries, and Recovery Scenarios).

. Identify the common Automation flows so as to write the QTP functions and

also write the Generic functions such as Verifying the Pages and Entering

Data on Pages etc.

. Identify and create the Components for the respective pages whenever they

monthly / request bills of a particular phone number for the given period,

report of subscribers having no bills, un addressed bill and remainder

notice.
