Responsibilities:

V Handling of all priority tickets from Low to Very high and

Maintaining Work history until ticket's closure.

V Uploading Master and Transactional Data Loads on Daily, weekly, and

Monthly basis using Process Chains.

V Actively involved in data load Monitoring and rectification of load

failures (including master and transactional loads) for reporting

availability of data.
