05/1996 – 6/2000 - LPN II/Charge nurse. Started on 3/11 shift, moved to 11/7
after awhile, finally transferred to 7/3 shift. Responsible for all patients
care in all aspects of activities of daily living, supervision and assignments
for CNA's. Medication administration, iv therapy, enteral feeding tube care,
foley cathereter care, charting, filing, resident and family advocate. Treatments
for the residents on lpn's assigned halls. Any other need that residents may have.
6/2000 – 1/2002 – Treatment nurse – responsible for the head to toe assessments
wkly for 100 patients. Responsible for all treatments on all patients. Supervisor
of CNA’s and other staff members.
1/2002 – 3/2002 – Medicare nurse – responsible for all assessments, admissions,
and discharge of all medicare patients. Checked insurance for payment alotment.
