Directs and guides the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments in providing the highest levels of comfort and hospitality to guests and ensures impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all Hotel area as per standards, thereby achieving maximum guest satisfaction and organizational profitability, in atmosphere of high employee morale.
