Reporting directly to the National HR Manager, with 2 direct reports in this role, providing services for 2 Manufacturing

Plants (Union and Non Union).

Industrial Relations

• Business Partner with Management of the 2 Manufacturing Plants, to support the HR processes.

• Managed +400 direct employees in Plant (Union and Non Union) +200 temporary employees.

• Managed the Training & Development Programs of the company (Corporate, Plants and Regional

Recruitment & Selection

Training & Development

• Managed Annual Training Budget for each department: Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, Finance, R&D, HR

• Analysis of Training - data trends to develop customized solutions with the responsible of each area.

• Developed, designed and facilitated +10 Corporate Trainings that were implemented for Corporate,

Regional Offices and Plants.

• Created, delivered and facilitated the “Rich University in HR” training for +80 employees in leading

roles.

• Designed the new Orientation Program called “The Rich Experience” for Union and Non Union

employees and the Ongoing process.

HR Administration & Compensation

• Analyzed Compensation & Benefits using Mercer as key data consultant.

• Defined the Compensation of new employees (+40)

• Coordinated and Evaluated English Programs (online & classes) for 40 employees and follow up on

Change Management

• Introduced the ADKAR Model for multifunctional teams in order to improve internal processes. The

model has been in use for 3 consecutive years since 2009.

• Aligned and Processed Team definition with the Steering Committee.

• DISC profile analysis and interviews to select the Process Team.
