# Project 1

Title : ICare and Clarify CRM application.

Client : Reliance Communications Ltd, DAKC, Navi Mumbai.

Environment : Live Production and Testing Application.

Application : SunOS Solaris 5.10, Clarify application 8.1 Weblogic & Tuxedo.

Role : Application Administrator and Support.

Duration : February 2010 to Till Date.

Description:

Reliance Communication is the biggest telecom company in India with 125 million mobile users. The project is to provide CRM system for order Management and customer care across, web world express stores and payment retailers across the pan India. Application involves development of customer interface to take user input and store them in Clarify Database for processing. The captured information is processed and sent to the down-stream systems through TIBCO.

Clarify (Thick Client):- This application is used to meet the business operational requirements. This application is widely used by customer care across, web world express stores, and payment retailers across India .For Load Balancing of thick client we uses Tuxedo Servers.

ICare:- This is a web based application used by business people as well as by customer care and web world store across pan India,this is thin client application and only GSM,CDMA users, for that Load Balancing we use weblogic Servers.

Responsibilities

• Application Production Support and UAT Testing End to End.

• Managed production support issues related to Clarify and ICare assigned to developers and monitored that they are resolved efficiently and closed on time.

• Deploy the Patches on both production and testing server.

• Troubleshooting and Deploying Application and Maintenance.

• Monitoring of all Production Servers (UNIX based ).

• Monitoring and Killing of Heavily Running Database Session which Degrade the Application Performance.

• Performance Resolution on Deadlock and Locking Session in Running Application.

• To resolve user related issue like ID creation, Update,Deletion for application use.

• Shell scripting batch file creation and scheduling in the Crontab.

• Release Management.

• Disk Space files system management, Alert log / trace & file management.

• Fix the bug and make a change request use of Remedy.

• Coordinate with development team for production releases and application related issue.

Description:

The Release Application Management Platform (RAMP) is an initiative to create a central source of product roadmap and release information for the Online Services Monthly Business and/or Product Reviews (MBRs, MPR’s) of Microsoft application. This is mainly developed for Microsoft Internal Management purpose. The main objective of the RAMP is to track and manage the Releases happening in Microsoft. User can build custom reports through query builder and User can manage and track end to end release progress. Planners and PM’s with appropriate permissions can have the ability to add and edit release records that they have created or have been added to as an owner.

The School Census is a statutory return which collects the School and Pupil Level data for schools. The information gathered in the School Census is primarily used to determine budgets (capitation) for the schools involved. In addition, there are other sets of information that the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) uses for statistical purposes, monitoring policy, national pupil database. The School Census has three termly collections: Spring, summer and autumn. The census covers nursery, primary, middle, secondary and special schools
