mechanics).

equipment on a daily basis.
• Completes data entry as assigned from monthly service records.
• Completes clerical tasks in a timely and organized manner (ie. maintains forms,
makes copies, sends facsimiles, files paperwork, obtains necessary signatures as
requested).
• E nsures that wri t ten and oral communication is directed to the appropriate
personnel.
• Displays courteous and effective telephone skills (including message-taking) with
facility staff, physicians’ offices, and family members.
• Participates in regularly scheduled in-service programs as required.
• Orders and maintains the rehab department equipment inventory as requested by
t he Director of Rehabili tation.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of resident, customer, and company information.
• Acts in accordance with all company and facility policies, rules, and regulations,
i ncluding H IPAA guidelines.
• Maintain the cleaning and maintenance of all Rehab equipment.
• Perform tasks required to keep the rehabili43tation areas safe and clean for
customers including performance and/or documentation of all preventative, routine
and maintenance follow up.
• Observe customers and employees in the rehabili tation areas and attend to their
needs in a friendly, polite, courteous, and professional manner.
