Sales Representative/Account Manager September 2012 - Present
Shore Thing Marketing: Utilizing systematic sales and marketing
techniques, such as" Impulse Factors" and "The Five Steps to the
Conversation," selling Direct Energy's gas and electricity across New
Jersey. Interview and train prospective employees. Ranked in the top 40
out of 300 nationally consistently since the week of 9/21/2012. Ranked
#14 nationally for the month of October and #7 in December. Won an office
challenge rewarded with a trip to a corporate held Leadership Conference
in Boston, MA.
Coaching/Event Manager 2005 - May 2012
Buffalo State College: Assistant Coach supporting the Head Women's Lacrosse
Coach in achieving a bid to the NCAA DIII Sweet 16. Helped plan and
organize all phases of our women's lacrosse program during the traditional
and non-traditional seasons including fundraising, recruiting, scouting,
practice preparation, organizing tournaments and clinics along with other
administrative duties as assigned by the head women's lacrosse coach.
Recorded data in Excel and Word Documents. Managed and supervised athletic
events taking place on campus including, but not limited to, ticket
sales/count up, greeting teams and referees, organizing workers.
Millburn High School Athletics: Planned practices and formulated game plans
specific to each opponent. Coordinated team events including all Varsity,
Junior Varsity, and Freshman teams
Livingston Junior Lacrosse League: Trained kindergarten-8th grade girls on
stick skills, agility, speed, and ground balls, etc. Also taught new
players of all ages how to play lacrosse.
Officiating (2008): Certified to referee in Essex County, NJ for middle
school and high school girls Lacrosse. (US Lacrosse Assoc. North East
Chapter II Umpire Assoc.)
Lifeguarding Beach & Pool 2003 - Present
Spring Lake Beach: Monitor the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in NJ. Perform
first aid, CPR, Lifesaving/rescue as needed. Secured the lives of the
patrons in the pool for six years. Promoted during the sixth year to Crew
Chief which included supervising 23 pool guards, scheduling, pay role,
discipline and keeping the order at the pool. Train 5-15 year olds who are
aspiring to become beach lifeguards.
West Essex YMCA and Livingston Community Pool: Instructed children of
different skill level on swimming techniques. Also, protected swimmers and
patrons of the pool.

Kevin J. Hannaford Foundation: Perform many tasks: announce events;
organize attendance and fundraisers to raise money for scholarships awarded
to children who lost their parent(s) on September 11, 2001.
