Employment Description:

July 20th onwards: Regional Sales Manager North and East based at Delhi with Leica

Microsystems(A DHR Holding Company). I am looking after the Novacastra Reagent and IHC and

ISH Advance Staining. We are setting up a team of Sales and service for the expansion plan after

Leica started direct operation in India.

September’2008 to 18th July’12:

BioGenex Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. At Delhi as- Manager Sales and Marketing (North, East India and

Nepal).BioGenex Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd is a 100% subsidiary company of BioGenex Inc. USA.

BioGenex Inc is 30 years old company operating in 65 countries offering affordable healthcare

solution for early and preventive diagnosis of genetic and infectious diseases.

As a Manager Sales & marketing- North, East India and Nepal- I was taking care of the business

operation of my territories for developing new market, maintaining existing business, after sales

services, technical support through a team of 6 subordinates. Our major operations in this area are for

Molecular Pathology for complete automation of Cell and tissue diagnostics.

January’2006 to September’2008:

For 2 years 8 months I was associated with Lilac Medicare Pvt. Ltd, at Mumbai Head Office. I was in

the position as Asst. Sales Manager looking after the sales operation for All India for Clinical

Chemistry Division (CCD).

This was a completely new division at Lilac, where I was associated right from the foundation of the

division. I had the opportunity to develop a Sales Team right from recruitment, training, developing

the distribution channel. The team size was 35 sales forces at different places covering major cities all

over India. In CCD, I was handling automation from two major companies, one from Japan i.e.

Toshiba and the other from China i.e. Mindray. In the consumable I was handing products from

Sekisui Ltd, Japan (Formerly Daiichi Pure Chemical) and sentinel Diagnostics, Italy.

I had the opportunity to travel to Tokyo for products training at Daiichi Pure Chemical for a week.

January’1992 to November’2005: For 14 years I worked with Accurex Biomedical Pvt. Ltd. This

was my 1st Company I joined after my studies and worked at different levels from the field executive

(Diagnostics Specialist) and moved up to Asst. Sales Manager for All India – Sales. At this position

handled a sales team of 45 sales force through 4 Business Managers. Major projects handled are-

Launch many new products, conducted two major seminars, and conducted Annual Sales Meet.

April 2002-Jan 2005: Senior Business Manager for East India & B’Desh in Accurex Biomedical Pvt

Ltd based at Kolkata.

April 1999- March 2002: Business Manager in North India.

April 1995- March1999: As Senior District Manager for eastern India-Started new business areas for

Accurex Biomedical Pvt Ltd. and later promoted to Business Manager for Eastern India.

Jan1992- March 1995: Joined Accurex Biomedical Pvt Ltd. at Delhi and worked in Delhi for 3 years

and in last position Last I was handling part of North India as District Manager.

Zone in 2 and half year.

Developed 2 products as Brand Leader in EASTERN INDIA. And Even Now these two products
